  • Friedman Life Balance Scale
    The Friedman Life Balance Scale measures the ability to easily reflect, sort out and clarify things in life; understand and connect with oneself and others; and easily engage in self-forgiveness, self-compassion and self-love. (15 questions)

  • Friedman Spiritual Awakening Scale
    The Friedman Spiritual Awakening Scale measures dimensions of spiritual awakening such as an awareness of ones true nature; general spirituality; an awareness of a higher power that inspires ones actions; a general sense of awareness and inclusion of all things; a sense of inner and unfolding perfection as well as love, empathy and compassion. (18 questions)

  • Friedman Mini 5 Factor Personality Scale
    The Friedman Mini Five Factor Scale measures in a very brief way the five core dimensions of personality: emotional stability, openness, agreeableness,  extroversion and conscientiousness. (15 questions)

  • Friedman Affect Scale (Short Form)
    The Friedman Affect Scale (Short Form) measures 15 positive affects (feelings) and 15 negative affects (feelings. It has 10 subscales (joy, self-assurance, attention, peace, love, hostility, guilt, sadness, fear and fatigue). An Affect Balance score can be calculated. (30 questions)

  • Friedman Belief Scale (Short Form)
    The Friedman Belief Scale (Short Form) measures 20 beliefs (10 positive beliefs and 10 negative beliefs). A Cognitive Balance score can then be calculated. (20 questions)

  • Friedman Well-Being Scale (Short Form)
    The Friedman Well-Being Scale (Short Form) measures 4 dimensions off well-being: emotional stability; self-confidence; joyfulness and happiness. It has 10 items. Since it consists of adjectives that are bi-polar opposites the scale actually measures both directions, i.e. emotional stability-instability and happiness-unhappiness. An overall well-being score can be calculated. (10 questions)
